Integration of modern educational technologies into the system of basic and extended education

Following the ancient and ever-topical principles of "involving" constructive training we invite you to engage an important and interesting work, trying to understand how a modern school should look like.

How information technologies should be used there, and what kind of equipment is relevant for this purpose. How to provide required qualification for teachers. How to create such an environment for the child so that he’d feel at ease, so that he’d have all the necessary tools to learn, find answers for his questions, experiment, model, do things himself, work independently and in groups with other children.

It is desirable, that the child should feel comfort and interest in the educational process, where his need for world cognition would be satisfied, where there is an opportunity to ask questions and to try to find the answers, where there is an opportunity to do something independently, contemplate over life, feel positive, play.

The material by means of which the child can build the model of the world together with friends is an exceedingly important part of educational environment. We use meccano as such a material. It’s really versatile: it is possible to build cities out of it, thus everything that the child builds, creates, designs can be described by him – both in the form of the text, and in the form of the oral speech when the child tells what occurs, or become the participant of an immediate action or actions he creates.

Another function of children constructing and modeling technology is the study of the laws of mathematics and physics.

Opportunity to do something not only independently, but together with other people as well, an opportunity and necessity to split complex work into some parts to distribute the functions of a complex project realization are those major social skills which the child should learn in the elementary school. The method of projects begins already in the elementary school: children put a problem before themselves, together find ways of its solution, realize them.

Our goal is to provide particular tools for collective creative work and research.

  Show me, and I will possibly remember;
  Involve me, and I’ll understandó."
